with. The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to
new ideas and suggestions. There are lots of opportunities for growth at

here has fuelled my appetite for self-development and opened opportunities

team, I get to come to work each day doing what I love best – talking and
engaging with our clients on a daily basis and providing them data-driven
strategic approaches to their multi-layered digital campaigns.
My name is Caitlyn Calandra and I’m the
Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at CyberTheory. As a new hire
in January of 2021, I can say that I am loving this position, company, and
team members that I am working with.
Since joining ISMG in 2019, I've not only
been able to contribute to the growth of our company throughout the pandemic,
but I've also seen my own career grow faster than I could have imagined. To
be a part of a company that's moving at this pace is exciting, and I'm
looking forward to seeing what comes next!
Recently, ISMG provided the opportunity to
change my career path, an opportunity that I am excited about and one that I
may not have gotten at another organization. Not only has ISMG provided me
with job stability and growth opportunity through the pandemic, I am
fortunate to work for a great leader and mentor.
